Associate Director, FP&A – Atlanta (Hybrid)

$145K–$170K Bonus

Growing PE-backed financial services platform hiring a senior FP&A leader to drive profitability, pricing, and forecasting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead profitability KPI analysis (by business line, region)
• Build models for revenue yield, cost-to-serve, margins
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash modeling
• Support pricing strategy M&A analysis

Must Haves

• 10 years FP&A / corporate finance experience
• Background in financial services, wealth, or professional services (required)
• Strong profitability pricing KPI analysis experience
• Advanced financial modeling (Excel-heavy)
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting cash flow modeling
• Exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments
• Strong communicator; can influence leadership
• Proven ownership results-driven mindset

Nice to Have

• Investment banking or PE exposure
• Experience with AUM-based / fee-driven revenue models
• Systems (NetSuite, Power BI, etc.)
