Key Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist

• Provide respiratory therapy services to adult and pediatric patients
• Operate and monitor GE R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, and related equipment
• Administer treatment and care as per protocol
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR system

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist

• North Carolina Respiratory License
• RRT- Registered Respiratory Therapist
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
