Management Coordinator

Management Coordinator, Journeyman Wright‑Patterson AFB Dayton, OH HX5 is currently seeking a Management Coordinator to join our team in Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base. Essential Duties And Responsibilities This position supports the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office and will demonstrate an understanding of DoD acquisition processes. Will collaborate with the division chief, program manager, subject matter experts, and other personnel in the execution of the development programs and projects. Edit, coordinate and publish program related documents, briefing slides, and meeting minutes. Assist with creation/update of schedules using the Government‑licensed version of Microsoft Project. Create graphic charts of programmatic using data in spreadsheets following division staff guidance regarding content and display. Manage suspense tracking using SOCCER and the response submission process for the division. Assist the Government and Contractor personnel with arranging travel reservations and submitting travel voucher submission related to official trips. Ensure routine office supplies are stocked for use by division personnel. Education And Experience Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience. High school diploma, fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience. Bachelor’s degree, ten (10) years of relevant experience and three (3) years of DoD experience. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Full‑time, 40 hours per week with a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours. Other Position Requirements Proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency. Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance by start date. Must be able to travel, including air travel.
