Utilization Review / Swing Bed Case Manager (RN) – Contract | Portales, NM

Assignment Details:

• Location: Portales, NM
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• EMR: Meditech
• No Call | No Holiday Coverage

Requirements:

• Active RN license (current state license required)
• Minimum 5 years of acute care RN Case Management experience
• Experience with Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, and Swing Bed coordination
• Proficient with InterQual criteria for inpatient and observation reviews
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and commercial insurance guidelines
• Experience obtaining prior authorizations and coordinating post-acute services (Home Health, SNF, Acute Rehab, DME)
• MDS documentation experience preferred

• Meditech EMR experience preferred
