Business Finance Manager - Customerr Contact Center

Title: Business Finance Manager – Customer Contact Center Selling Points for the candidate: Potential 5-year contract with renewal opportunity Test and enhance your financial operations management / financial oversight skills Work with an organization whose services impact everyday citizens Overview: My client is bidding on a project to provide contact center services to a key government agency in North Carolina – Raleigh/Durham. Please note that this position requires a degree in finance and/or accounting as well a minimum of five (5) years experience as finance and/or accounting manager. The Business Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of a 100+ person customer contact center. The environment includes daily multi-channel payment reconciliation, cash operations at two walk-in centers, a KPI regime with invoice adjustments, monthly invoicing to a state authority, contractual compliance, resource planning and annual SOC 2 and PCI audit cycles. Will ensure that all payments are posted and reconciled, KPIs are achieved, risks are managed, and reporting requirements are met. Requirements: Accounting or Finance degree from an Accredited University 5 years+ experience as a financial or accounting manager overseeing the operations of financial systems, including all payments, reconciliations, forecasting, reporting, financial risk assessment, workforce management and internal controls. Experience with annual operating budgets and budget forecasting. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that data is accurate and actionable. Additional Preferred Experience: Tolling or Transportation back-office experience is strongly preferred.
