Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goalsRecruitment & Onboarding: Partner with talent acquisition to recruit and onboard top sales talentTraining & Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to ensure skill developmentPerformance Management: Track KPIs, provide coaching, and implement strategies to maximize individual and team resultsReporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports to leadershipCross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and an excellent customer experienceProcess Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfactionIndividual Performance: Drive revenue through running your own prescheduled sales appointments Qualifications Experience: 35 years of sales management experience (window, bathroom, or other high-volume in-home sales experience preferred)Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountableAnalytical Ability: Strong data orientation with experience managing performance metrics and KPIsCommunication: Clear, confident communicator who can inspire trust and align diverse teamsTech Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and sales tech toolsLocal Knowledge: Familiarity with the Los Angeles region is a plusLicensing: Must maintain any sales licenses required by California state law Join Us At Lifetime Home Remodeling, were redefining what it means to deliver quality in the home remodeling industry.
