Requirements Must possess a valid Armed Security Officer license in accordance with state/local regulations Minimum of 2 years of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military preferred Valid firearm permit and ability to demonstrate proficiency with assigned weapon High School Diploma or GED required; additional security or criminal justice education a plus Must pass a background check and drug screening Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Must be physically fit, able to stand or patrol for extended periods, and work in various environments CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain) preferred Must have reliable transportation and be punctual for all assigned shifts Summary Duties: Monitor and Authorize the Arrival/Departure of Employees, Visitors, and Any Other individuals to Maintain Security Detail Conduct Regular Patrols of Designated Area by Foot and/or Company Vehicle Be Aware and Report Suspicious Activity Write Detailed Reports on Daily Activities/Incidents Communicate Effectively with Law Enforcement, Superior and Property Management as Needed Maintain High Visibility and Attentiveness to Detail Monitor CCTV and Alarm Systems Oversee daily security operations Serve as primary client contact for security matters Provide Excellent Customer Service to All Individuals you encounter Full Benefits Package - including Medical, Dental, and Vision Paid Time Off Bereavement Referral Employee Program - refer a friend, earn cash after 90 days #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
