Position Title: Lab Tech I

Location: Waco TX, 76712

Duration: 6 Months (possible extension)

Work Schedule: 2 shifts available


MON-FRI 8 AM - 5 PM shift

Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Position Summary:

Coordinate sample receipt and testing of samples and input data into computer application. Perform routine analytical testing to support quality control testing of pharmaceutical products. Some data interpretation required.Key

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate sample receipt and testing of samples and input data into computer application.

* Perform routine analytical testing to support quality control testing of pharmaceutical products.

* Some data interpretation required.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Have good laboratory skills, preferably in pharma/biotech.

* Experience in operating analytical equipment preferred (analytical balance, total carbon analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH meter).

* Should exhibit good problem solving skills.

* Should possess computer skills as well as good communication skills.

* Education: Bachelor's degree and 0-3+ years of laboratory experience

* Experience with pharma/biotech quality control testing is preferred but not required.

* Required Skill 1: Basic lab instrumentation

* Required Skill 2: Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biochemistry or Associate's degree

* Required Skill 3: Attention to detail.

* Required Skill 4: Well organized

* GMP Laboratory Setting experience.
