Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of experience in bank loan processing or loan administrative activities within the syndicated loan market.
• Thorough knowledge of bank loan operational functions, systems, and procedures.
• Moderate credit agreement interpretation and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate various software platforms.
  

Nice to Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of Wallstreet Office, SEI, Solvas, and CDO Suite.
• Previous experience supporting internal and external client relationships.
• Familiarity with reconciling account activity and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred Education and Experience

• Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Experience in bank loan operations, particularly within the syndicated loan market.
