The Talent Acquisition Specialist II is responsible for full life cycle recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative internal and external sourcing methods.This position will serve Rheem North America, and located in Atlanta, GA (hybrid). Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitmentExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.Demonstrated ability to work well with others is a matrix team environment.Knowledge of recruiting practices, tools and techniques.Ability to inform, guide and advise managers in hiring-related initiatives. Train users on the Oracle Recruiting Cloud system (i.e., how to create a requisition, move candidates through the system, creating candidates, etc.)Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates. Participate in employment events such as career fairs.Interview candidates to evaluate education, experience, training, and other qualifications using behavioral interviewing techniques.Scheduling and coordination of interviews, including booking travel for candidates as needed.Coordinate appropriate applicant testing such as interview assessments, background check and drug screening assessmentsDevelop and maintain excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
