You’ll drive the business, develop your team, and create an environment where hospitality shines and growth thrives. What You’ll Do Leading and developing a high-performing team Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and guest-focused culture Managing financial performance: labor, cost of goods, and store-level P&L Upholding operational and service standards across all dayparts Coaching team members and creating growth opportunities Handling scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all health regulations Leading by example on the floor during peak shifts What We’re Looking For 2+ years of restaurant General Manager or multi-unit experience (fast casual, upscale casual, or full service preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Proven ability to manage labor, inventory, and financial goals Passion for hospitality, great food, and creating memorable guest moments Ability to work 50–60 hours per week, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed ServSafe and TABC certification preferred Why Join Dish Society?
