Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our day shift (7am-7pm) production team at our Cincinnati, OH bakery. In this critical role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. Lead various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and more. Build and develop your team to achieve excellence across all capabilities. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Production Line Support: Lead all activities on your assigned shift working toward production goals. Direction and Servant Leadership: Showcase your people leadership skills as you provide direction and support to your team of associates. Safety First: Ensure a “safety first” attitude in all areas, safeguarding people and food safety. Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate an owner’s mindset and employ tools such as 5S, Root Cause Analysis, and Lean techniques. We’re Looking for Someone With Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processes. High school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution. Must be willing to rotate to other shifts, including night shift, as needed. Compensation The annual salary range is $76,200–$100,000, based on location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
