Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, consistently applying best practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based methods tailored to meet client needs.

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of clients’ mental health statuses and develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans to foster their progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, to coordinate holistic care that addresses all aspect of a client’s well-being.

• Document client interactions meticulously, tracking progress, interventions, and evolving treatment strategies in our secure electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing education and supervision to enhance your skills, integrate new findings into practice, and contribute to organizational learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, providing an enriching experience that enhances your clinical skills and cultural competence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active state license as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse populations and addressing a breadth of mental health issues.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
