Construction Project ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who is adept at leading water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects. The Project Manager will develop and drive project schedules and budget and manage and lead teams to effectively deliver water and wastewater treatment projects.Integrated Water Services (IWS) is revolutionizing water! Join us in building a better future, one water drop at a time.Responsibilities include:Manage construction projects through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specificationsManage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedulesUnderstand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefitConduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standardsMaintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change ordersEstablish and maintain positive client relationsThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering5+ years of heavy civil construction experience, preferably in water treatment or wastewater constructionAbility to create and manage comprehensive project schedules using plans and input from subcontractorsThe ability to travel out of town to job sitesTravel Requirement: 30-50% travel, mainly in the State of Texas, but occasional out-of-state travel may be required.IWS offers:Competitive salary and benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, PTO and 8 company-paid holidays, 401k, project bonuses, vehicle allowanceSalary range*: $110-$150k, plus project bonuses!Equal Opportunity EmployerIntegrated Water Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
