EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time · Hourly (Non-Exempt)

COMPENSATION: Hourly base plus commission and incentive opportunities · $19:00-$21.00

LOCATION: Park Meadows Mall, Lone Tree, CO

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Part-Time Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador for Transformer Table by delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping customers discover innovative furniture solutions for their homes.

This role focuses on proactive customer engagement, product demonstrations, lead generation, relationship building, and sales performance within a high-traffic, open mall environment.

As we continue expanding our retail footprint across North America, our Microstores bring the Transformer Table experience directly into high-traffic mall environments, giving customers the opportunity to see, touch, and interact with our products firsthand. Our retail team plays a critical role in bringing the brand to life — helping customers discover solutions that fit their homes and lifestyles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Engagement

• Proactively welcome and engage passing mall shoppers and Microstore guests.

• Build rapport and identify customer needs.

• Deliver a premium, consultative shopping experience.

• Represent the Transformer Table brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Product Demonstrations

• Conduct engaging demonstrations of Transformer Table products.

• Explain product features, benefits, materials, and functionality.

• Educate customers on delivery options, warranties, financing, and accessories.

Sales Performance

• Achieve individual sales goals and performance expectations.

• Generate and convert customer leads.

• Assist customers through the complete purchase process.

• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries.

Microstore Standards

• Maintain a clean, polished, and organized Microstore within a compact, open footprint.

• Assist with merchandising updates and product displays.

• Support opening and closing procedures, including setup and securing of technology, materials, and displays.

• Ensure all customer-facing areas reflect brand standards.

Customer Relationship Management

• Capture customer information accurately.

• Maintain CRM notes and follow-up activities.

• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.

• Interest in furniture, design, and home furnishings.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to safely demonstrate Transformer Table products in a compact retail environment.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

This role is an entry point into Transformer Table's growing retail organization, with opportunities to advance into senior sales and Microstore or showroom leadership positions as we expand across North America.
