We are partnering with a leading workforce solutions firm in the professional staffing industry to hire an Associate Recruiter to join their team in Edina, Minnesota. Job Description
The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in both contract and direct-hire roles. This individual will play a key role in building talent pipelines and supporting client hiring needs across multiple professional disciplines.
Utilize a variety of recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent
Source candidates through job boards, online platforms, referrals, networking, and internal databases
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands
Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing communication and status updates to candidates and employees
Partner with internal team members to understand client needs and deliver high-quality service
Facilitate hiring and placement processes for both contract and direct hire opportunities
Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of service and compliance throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
0–1+ years of experience in professional staffing or recruiting (e.g., business professional, HR, marketing, operations roles)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication
Ability to build rapport quickly and establish relationships with candidates and team members
Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate with individuals at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of internship experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field
Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, or recruiting platforms
