Key Responsibilities: Provide HR support and guidance to the regional HR model and manufacturing sites. Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture. Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career development. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Handle employee relations matters and guide on HR-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives. Support organizational change initiatives and facilitate effective communication. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in Human Resource generalist role Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in human resources or related field Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) Experience in supporting a regional model and manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
