Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The Manager works with leadership to set goals and builds a plan to achieve them. Previous Leadership Experience Previous leadership experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
