Temp Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity in Danvers! We are currently hiring registered nurses (RNs) for a 6-month assignment that have an interest in learning/working in the addiction medicine and substance use disorder field. Schedule Requirements Night shift 7PM - 730AM required 36 hours per week required Every other weekend OR every weekend required Full time with every other weekend $70/hr Full time with every weekend $80/hr Completion bonus $3,000 Please note: We do not offer benefits to Temp Nurses! As a Registered Nurse, you will... Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives to gather case history. Plan and provide nursing care for patients. Make nursing diagnosis of the medical status of patients and recommend treatment options. Consult with medical and other behavioral healthcare staff in designing appropriate treatment plans for clients. Administer and note reactions to psychotropic drugs and other medications. Arrange further medical attention when necessary. Job Requirements Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or the ability to get licensed) 1+ years experience working in behavioral health or addiction medicine OR 2+ years experience working as a RN. Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; thorough knowledge of facility proprietary systems. About Us Located less than 20 miles outside of Boston, in Danvers, Massachusetts.
