Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Overview We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and providing counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other areas of potential risk. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and grow rapidly as you deepen your knowledge of our exciting and rapidly changing industry. Qualifications & Responsibilities Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus. Strong academic and professional background. Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills. Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed. COVID‑19 vaccination.
