Role Description We are seeking a full-time Investment Banking Associate for a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Associate will support capital raising, M&A, and other advisory transactions through financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analyses. Responsibilities include preparing presentations and reports, conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and collaborating with senior team members to execute transactions. The role involves both client‑facing work and behind‑the‑scenes analytical support. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and Valuation to support transaction execution and client advisory work Experience conducting Due Diligence and Financial Analysis for complex financial transactions Advanced Analytical Skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving capability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA qualification is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg) is preferred This position is a 100% commission based role.
