Registered Nurse - Surgical Stepdown - Full Time Nights

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical Stepdown Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure professional accountability. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members and coordinate patient care across departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, adhering to organizational standards and values. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure. Preferred hospital experience; BLS certification required within 30 days. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform nursing duties requiring bending, reaching, and kneeling. Skills And Qualifications Strong clinical knowledge, teamwork, and communication skills. Preferred BSN and additional certifications or specialty experience. Additional Information Full-time night shift, 36 hours/week, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and tuition support.
