Marketing Coordinator

Elevated Property Services is seeking a creative, organized, and resourceful Marketing Coordinator to support marketing across our managed properties, service lines, brokerage, and affiliated businesses. This is a hands‑on and highly varied role combining property marketing, content creation, social media, reputation management, graphic design, business development, brand management, and vendor coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys both creating and coordinating. One day may involve developing social content for a residential property, while another may include photographing a completed project, designing a commercial real estate sign, updating a capabilities presentation, reviewing ILS performance, or working with a website vendor. The Marketing Coordinator will have significant opportunities to develop new creative and technical skills. We do not expect one person to arrive as a photographer, videographer, drone operator, graphic designer, copywriter, and marketing analyst. We are looking for someone with strong foundational skills, creativity, excellent communication, and an interest in expanding their capabilities over time. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Manage social media accounts for Elevated Property Services, managed properties, and affiliated businesses as assigned. Develop and maintain content calendars; create, schedule, and publish original social media content. Develop content highlighting properties, available spaces, projects, employees, company services, events, and community involvement. Identify opportunities for original storytelling, including project spotlights, before-and-after stories, employee features, property highlights, and other engaging content. Monitor online reviews across Google, social media, apartment listing sites, and other relevant platforms; draft and post timely, professional responses in accordance with company standards. Escalate sensitive or significant reviews to property or company leadership when appropriate and identify recurring themes in customer feedback. Coordinate day-to-day marketing for residential communities, commercial properties, and other managed assets. Regularly audit property marketing for accuracy, quality, and consistency across websites, social media, ILS platforms, and other marketing channels. Coordinate with Internet Listing Service (ILS) providers and property teams to maintain and optimize listings, including pricing, availability, promotions, photography, amenities, and descriptions. Review marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve campaigns, listings, lead generation, and marketing spend. Support business development initiatives across Elevated Property Services and its service lines. Develop and maintain company capabilities decks, business development packets, service-line brochures, client presentations, case studies, project profiles, portfolio presentations, and other sales materials. Document successful projects and company accomplishments for use in future marketing, proposals, and business development. Design print and digital marketing materials including flyers, brochures, postcards, business cards, advertisements, presentations, social graphics, and property collateral. Develop concepts and artwork for property and leasing signage, commercial real estate and brokerage signs, flags and banners, building and directional signage, window graphics, vehicle graphics and wraps, event displays, branded apparel, and promotional materials. Work with printers, sign companies, wrap installers, website developers, photographers, ILS providers, and other marketing vendors to coordinate specifications, proofs, revisions, production, and installation. Help maintain consistent brand standards across Elevated Property Services, EPS Real Estate Group, affiliated businesses, and managed properties. Standardize and maintain email signatures, logos, fonts, colors, company descriptions, employee information, contact information, templates, and other brand elements. Participate in the development and refinement of company, service-line, and property brands, including logo development, typography, color palettes, and visual identity elements as skills develop. Assist with website launches, redesigns, content updates, photography, copy, forms, and ongoing improvements; audit sites for outdated information, broken links, and inconsistent branding. Capture photography of properties, available spaces, company projects, events, employees, and other subjects for marketing use; assist with short‑form video, property tours, and project updates. Manage company and property digital signage through YoDeck, including creation and maintenance of slide decks and seasonal, promotional, leasing, event, and informational content. Maintain organized libraries of photography, video, graphics, source files, templates, logos, presentations, and reusable marketing assets. Track marketing performance, engagement, lead sources, listing performance, campaigns, expenses, subscriptions, and vendor relationships; prepare periodic marketing reports. Maintain calendars for campaigns, projects, recurring marketing activities, and deadlines, and coordinate marketing requests from properties and departments. Stay current on marketing trends, social platforms, property marketing practices, design tools, and emerging technologies. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Experience or education in marketing, communications, graphic design, content creation, real estate, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with an interest in visual communication and storytelling. Strong attention to detail and an eye for design and brand consistency. Experience managing business social media accounts preferred. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is beneficial. Comfortable working with photography and visual content; professional photography experience is not required. Ability to coordinate multiple projects, properties, vendors, and deadlines with strong organizational skills and follow-through. Willingness and ability to learn new software, creative techniques, and marketing platforms. Property management, multifamily, commercial real estate, hospitality, or professional‑services experience is beneficial but not required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Perform work in a professional office environment and at residential, commercial, and other managed properties. Use standard office and marketing equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, tablets, printers, and related equipment. Move about various work environments to capture content, coordinate marketing projects, and meet with employees, vendors, and clients. Verbally communicate with employees, co‑workers, vendors, clients, residents, prospects, and customers in person and by phone.
