• Maintain production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and complete required checklists and reports.
• Monitor tool and material inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Maintenance Lead or Foreman.
• Perform routine inspections of facility equipment and identify potential maintenance issues before failures occur.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities, including cleaning, lubricating, greasing, and oiling equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production, filling, packaging, and ancillary equipment.
• Prioritize work orders based on operational impact and business needs.
• Communicate effectively with production associates, maintenance team members, and management.
• Follow established operating procedures, maintenance standards, and safety protocols.
• Notify supervisors of equipment, material, or product concerns that may impact production.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain adequate hand tools necessary to perform maintenance repairs safely and effectively.
• Comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies, procedures, and position requirements.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Adhere to GMPs, sanitation requirements, and quality standards established by QA and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, Foreman, or other members of management.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience working in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Machine operation experience preferred.
• Basic PLC troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical meters and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on, self-motivated, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Positive, safety-first attitude.
• Welding experience a plus.

Monday - Friday
3rd Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus shift differential

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
