Maintenance Tech

Maintenance TechWe are looking to hire a career driven individual to join our experienced and professional team as a Maintenance Tech in Williston, ND. This position is hourly and comes with great benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, vision and life insurance, PTO, and 401K contributions.The Maintenance Tech reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and takes care of the Company's properties/activities as assigned.Overall supervision of anything maintenance related, Examples:Repair drywall, texture, and paint.Hang doors and perform basic trim work/carpentry.Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.Perform landscaping (to include mowing, trimming, etc.).Frame simple structures.Perform HVAC maintenance (a plus, but not required).Other duties as requested by supervisor.High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years of maintenance supervisory related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must possess good mathematical skills.Must be able to assess a situation and come up with a solution under the guidance of the Supervisor.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Must have the strength and flexibility to perform the above mentioned duties and be able to lift 75 lbsAbility to multi-task and prioritize under the guidance of the Supervisor.Demonstrated commitment to safety as expressed in JMAC Energy Services corporate value People First, Safety Always.Valid US issued driver's license with a good driving record.Availability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required/assigned.Ability to work safely in all types of weather.Timely and regular attendance is an expectation of performance for all JMAC Energy Services employees. Employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
