Job Summary:

Delta Homecare - Tennessee is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team in Brentwood, TN. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide personal care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical in-home services, including companionship, light housework, meal assistance, bathing, dressing, and medication reminders

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance

• Run errands, such as grocery shopping and banking, to support clients' needs

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver

• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)

• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints

• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

• Respectful and compassionate demeanor

• Good time management skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ethics

• Physical endurance
