Commercial Property Accountant
Compensation: $66,000-$100,000 salary
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
A wellestablished organization is seeking a Commercial Property Accountant to join a collaborative, highly tenured accounting team. This role is a backfill due to internal movement and is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full accounting cycle for real estate portfolios and wants longterm growth in a stable environment.

- Prepare and review monthly financial statements for commercial properties
- Record accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Own budgets, reforecasts, and yearend operating expense/CAM reconciliations
- Track capital projects, WIP, and assets placed into service
- Perform general ledger analysis and resolve variances
- Support audits, tax preparation, and special projects
- Work within an ERP environment to ensure accuracy and compliance
- 2-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate or property accounting
- Handson experience with budgets, CAM reconciliations, and fullcycle accounting
- ERP experience (Yardi, MRI, JDE, or similar preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
