Fabric Production Operator

Job Description Job Description Luxor Staffing is hiring a Fabric Production Operator paying $17.51 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! 1st Shift 7am - 3pm Responsibilities Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of weaving/loom machines Load yarn, thread, or materials into machines Tie in yarns and repair broken threads during production Inspect fabric for defects and ensure quality standards are met Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment Follow safety procedures and production guidelines Support operators with changeovers and material handling. Required Skills & Qualities Previous textile, manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred. Experience operating textile machinery; basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of fabrics, fibers, yarns, and textile production processes, with strong attention to quality and detail. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
