We are recruiting across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts for a variety of roles supporting a fast-paced electronics and server hardware manufacturing operation. Available opportunities may include Production & Assembly, Material Handling, Quality, Testing, Repair/Debug, and other manufacturing support positions, depending on current hiring needs. Entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.Available Shifts1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:30 PM–7:00 AMAvailability varies by position and shift.Potential ResponsibilitiesAssemble, inspect, test, repair, package, or handle components and finished products.Work with server and electronic components, including motherboards, CPUs, memory modules, storage devices, and power supplies.Operate automated and manual tools used for installation, fastening, assembly, testing, and material movement.Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.Identify and report product defects, quality concerns, or process deviations.Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures, and production requirements.Accurately enter or track production and material information using computer-based systems.Move, stage, kit, or prepare materials needed to support production.Perform basic hardware analysis, testing, or troubleshooting depending on the position.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all Quality, Environmental, Safety, ESD, and Occupational Health requirements.Meet established production, attendance, quality, and safety expectations.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or applicable technical certification may be required depending on the position.ExperienceEntry-level candidates are encouraged to apply for qualifying positions.Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, electronics, quality, testing, repair, or material handling experience is a plus.Electronics or server hardware experience is preferred for certain positions but is not required for all roles.Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Good manual dexterity for assembly-related positions.Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interfaces.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to safely lift and handle materials or components as required by the position.Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures is a plus.Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.Multiple positions and shifts are available.
