This is a full-time, on-site position where you\'ll work closely with our litigation team in a collaborative office environment. Note Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience. Confidential Employer. Job Description Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution. Meet with clients, build trust, and provide compassionate legal guidance throughout the litigation process. Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation strategies. Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve favorable settlements. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents. Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings. Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy. Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes. Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are consistently met. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active Texas Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Strong negotiation and client communication skills. Experience evaluating personal injury claims. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Organized, detail-oriented, and team focused.
