Location: Hackettstown, NJ (Onsite) Pay: $20$22/hour Duration - 4-6 mth with opportunity to be extended (if this were to go direct hire, salary is up to 65K) Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with a background in manufacturing or electronics to support daily customer interactions and order-related inquiries. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing questions related to orders, returns, and product issues
• Manage and resolve return requests, ensuring accurate processing and timely follow-up
• Route customer concerns and technical issues to the appropriate internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics, or technical teams)
• Track and document customer interactions, resolutions, and order updates within internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all customer communications

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service within a manufacturing or electronics environment required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Epicor ERP is a plus (training provided)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
