Sr. Financial Analyst

Sr. Financial AnalystThe Sr. Financial Analyst's responsibilities include assisting with financial planning and budgeting, developing financial models, tracking and reporting on key initiatives, and leading ad hoc requests as required by leadership. This role supports our Chief Commercial Officers and directly interfaces with COMPLETE Commercial clients.Essential duties and responsibilities include performing all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis during monthly close; leading preparation of monthly reporting packages and tracking KPIs for leadership; developing financial projections and building financial models for COMPLETE Commercial clients; supporting project teams with financial guidance and tracking of spend vs plan; creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Excel, Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Tableau; presenting budgets and monthly financial results to COMPLETE Commercial clients; preparing and reviewing client budgets, contracts and statements of work; demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias; and all other duties as assigned.Expectations of the job include no travel and a standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities include a B.A./B.S. in Finance or related, 2-5 years in a corporate finance or related role, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or relevant Master's degree, life science industry experience, and experience with D365 (Management Reporter), Workday Adaptive Planning, PowerBI and Tableau.
