Clinical Nurse Resident Role Overview
The Clinical Nurse Resident provides comprehensive nursing care to patients and families through an individualized plan of care. This plan is guided by patient assessments-including physical, psychological, and socioeconomic factors-and physician orders for treatment, education, and care.
