About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Service in the High-End Residential Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an established service department that is already generating significant revenue. This role is pivotal in scaling and developing a high-caliber, high-performing service division that handles small projects ranging from $10k to $1 million. Key responsibilities include owning the P&L, sales and marketing, project management, client management, staff management, and strategic planning for continued growth. To be considered for this position, candidates must have a background in the high-end residential sector, with a focus on single-family and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Essential qualifications include management experience with internal staff, P&L management on business units over $10 million or on major projects, and some exposure to client or business development. The role also requires strategic management skills and experience in simultaneously managing a large portfolio of projects of various sizes for a variety of clients. The ideal candidate will be a leader with the ability to empower and drive the success of the service division.
