Role Overview Lyra developed an innovative video therapy program, Lyra Care Therapy, which blends live video sessions with between‑session digital psychoeducation and skill building tools. As a Lyra Care Therapist you’ll have the resources and support to ensure clients receive better care while working from your home or preferred setting. Key Responsibilities Provide short‑term, evidence‑based treatment via live video, maintaining a diverse caseload. Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions. Deliver culturally responsive care that accounts for clients’ diverse backgrounds and experiences. Participate in one‑on‑one and peer group clinical consultation meetings. Conduct peer‑based quality assurance reviews and attend rigorous training to enhance clinical skills. Access expert consultation and support for complex clients. Fit for You If you are a licensed clinician with excellent interpersonal skills, a desire for continuous learning, and the ability to handle a broad spectrum of mental health needs—from mild to severe—you will thrive in this role. Requirements Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC). Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) without disciplinary action. Experience with evidence‑based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT and clinical best practices. Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises when needed. Experience providing telehealth therapy services is preferred but not required. Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, Skype). Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (≈30 weekly bookable calendar spots). Benefits Competitive base pay for session and administrative work.
