Reno Staffing is looking for a Scheduler for a medical services company in the Reno area!

We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Scheduler to support a rapidly growing medical organization. This is a fulltime, Monday–Friday position with strong potential to become temptohire for a standout performer. The company is expanding quickly, creating real opportunities for longterm growth. Attendance is extremely important, as this role directly impacts patient care and service quality.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $21–$22/hour DOE!

Location: Reno, NV 89511

Summary

The Scheduler will make outbound calls to patients to schedule medical clinic appointments and sleep study appointments. This role also includes data entry and updating patient notes and medical charts within the EMR system. Candidates with prior medical office experience are strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.

• Make outbound calls to patients to schedule clinic and sleep study appointments

• Update patient notes and medical charts in the EMR system

• Perform accurate and timely data entry

• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients

• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability

• Support scheduling needs as the company continues to grow rapidly

At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you may be required to perform additional jobrelated activities not specifically outlined above.

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (preferred)

• Familiarity with EMR systems (preferred)
