About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in specialty License: Registered Nurse license in the state of Alabama or Compact license Certifications: AHA BLS or Red Cross certification Must-Have: - Associate degree in nursing - 2 years of overall experience in specialty, although 18 months may be considered with 1 year of recent experience in the field Description: This position involves floating to various units as required. Holidays are mandatory. Every other weekend is required. Candidates should be willing to work 36 or 48 hours per week. This position is patient-facing. The work will be conducted in a clinical setting. The facility uses Meditech as its electronic medical record system. Scrub colors must be solid navy. Candidates must be able to float to different units. Please note that temporary licenses will not be accepted.
