Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform skin assessments.
• Assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement.
• Transport patients to the operating room; assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin preparation.
• Document patient care and collaborate effectively with interdepartmental teams.
• Provide critical care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Perform large-bore IV starts and chin to toe hair removal.

Qualifications

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Experience with Cerner documentation system and GE Carescape Monitoring equipment is preferred.
• Must possess PreOp or Critical Care experience.
• BCMA proficiency is a plus.
