The Audit Senior Manager oversees audit engagements for a wide range of healthcare organizationsincluding physician groups, clinical research organizations, CCRCs, MSOs, health IT firms, and private equity-backed providers. This role involves supervising audit teams, researching technical issues, evaluating processes, strengthening client communications, and providing strategic recommendations. The position offers significant exposure to decision makers and participation in business development across multiple service lines.

Key responsibilities include delivering timely, high-quality service that exceeds client expectations, leading multiple engagements, providing technical accounting and advisory support to healthcare organizations and investment groups, participating in business development efforts, fostering a collaborative environment, managing engagement economics and resource allocation, and building trust through proactive conversations with clients, teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications include extensive experience auditing healthcare organizations, 8+ years of combined public accounting and healthcare experience, strong understanding of accounting principles, knowledge of healthcare industry economic and regulatory risks, proven experience leading, developing, and hiring audit professionals, excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, and CPA certification required.
