About the Role Decagon is rapidly scaling and looking for highly capable Technical Sourcers to fuel this growth. As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll own the top of funnel for our most critical engineering hires and work closely with company leaders to identify, engage, and attract world-class technical talent. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who loves finding exceptional engineers, building long-term talent pipelines, and influencing hiring outcomes. In this role, you will Partner closely with Recruiters and Engineering leaders to build our Engineering teams Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for highly technical roles across the company Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent Build and nurture long-term relationships with top technical candidates Continuously experiment with new tools, channels, and approaches to improve sourcing effectiveness Operate with a “one team” mindset to help the Talent team meet bold, company-wide hiring goals Your background looks something like this 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, with deep exposure to engineering roles Proven track record sourcing and engaging top technical talent in highly competitive markets Strong technical curiosity and ability to understand complex engineering profiles Clear, thoughtful communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal partners Comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Even better Bring deep knowledge of the AI / ML / systems engineering talent landscape Have a strong network of senior engineers and technical leaders Use data to diagnose funnel gaps and proactively unblock hiring challenges Have a sharp eye for technical talent and a clear point of view on what differentiates exceptional engineers Compensation $140k - $200k + equity #J-18808-Ljbffr Decagon
