Therapy Technician – Greenpoint Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Therapy Technician to join the team at its Greenpoint clinic in Brooklyn, New York. Job Responsibilities Support patient care by preparing treatment areas, gathering equipment and materials, and performing procedures under the direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist. Execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining customer service excellence. Foster a community environment, contributing a collaborative spirit to ensure patients and team members receive the care and support they need. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task. Attention to detail and willingness to grow. Athletic experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Manual dexterity, general strength, and endurance. Routine lifting of 5–35 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and shoulder to overhead. Routine carrying of 5–10 pounds for 40–50 feet. Routine pushing of 5–150 pounds on casters, runners, or pulleys.
