General ManagerAs a General Manager, you take full ownership of our branch operations across key downtown and/or airport locations. You inspire your team, make smart business decisions, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the rental fleet, overseeing sales and performance initiatives, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving operational excellence and profitability. In return, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $90,000 per year, an annual target bonus of $100,000, a company car, and exciting opportunities to grow your career with one of the most dynamic brands in the mobility industry.Your role at SIXTYou manage all operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locationsYou develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational processes, and foster employee engagementYou spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, and optimize incremental sales opportunitiesYou provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)You offer guidance, mentorship, coaching, and leadership to nurture employee growth and development plansYou manage budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations for optimal efficiencyYour skills matterExperience & Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred with 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, business development or customer service.
