Investigation Specialist II PT , Flex I&O

We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigation Specialist II SP to join the Flex I & O team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive investigations into incidents involving our Flex Delivery Partners (DPs).

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and creative problem-solver with a passion for uncovering the truth. You will conduct meticulous investigations, analyze complex data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fair and accurate outcomes.

Key job responsibilities

• Investigate incidents involving Flex DPs, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings.

• Provide well-informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes.

• Take ownership of functional issues, offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.

• Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases.

• Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.

• Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations.

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be fluent (in verbally and written skills without a translator) in English and Portuguese

• 18 months+ of investigations experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling escalations, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
