Job Description

• Engage in Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee all-encompassing and integrative care
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and caregivers through therapy techniques that foster continued progress outside the clinical setting
• Oversee and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapy as necessary, ensuring patients remain on target to achieve their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a regionally accredited institution
• Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications are supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required
