Although there may not be an immediate opening, in anticipation of these opportunities becoming available, completing a profile will allow us to evaluate your qualifications and interests and will allow us to stay connected.About RoleThe Inside Account Executive (iAE) is responsible for owning the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts. This role involves developing relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies, and ensuring efficient business processes. The Inside Account Executive will work closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the end-to-end account strategy across a portfolio of accountsExpand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.Drive hardware, services, and solutions sales within the account setMaintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiativesEngage with executives and build strong customer relationships.Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.Education & Experience RecommendedBachelor's degree is preferred but not required.Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.Experience working with medium business accounts is preferred.Knowledge & SkillsStrategic account leadership and the ability to act as the "account lead."Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Expertise in outcome-based selling and crafting value propositions.Proficiency in digital and remote selling.Ability to manage complexity and drive portfolio-based outcomes.Knowledge in P&L management.Strong business acumen & executive presenceStrong understanding of a modern IT (services) ecosystem. Deep expertise in HPs Outcome Based Sales value prop. & offeringsAbility to develop strong relationships with influencers/decisions makersTo navigate complex organizations to find expansion opportunitiesTo lead meetings with high variety of senior-level stakeholdersTo leverage customer, industry, product and service knowledge to develop long-term growth strategiesCulture of proactive business development, collaboration, accountability and follow-through with strong negotiation and deal closing skillsExperience leading account teams on local and global scalesNew Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity. The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions.The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $29 - $48 USD per hour with a 60%/40%(salary/incentive) mix. Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
