As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales volume, managing sales territories, meeting sales quotas, and maintaining top sales performance. You will also be responsible for key account management. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our sales objectives and maintaining our position as a leader in the industry. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a sales position Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Agriculture industry Experience in key account management 3+ years of experience in a sales position Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories Meet and exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions Skills As a Sales Representative, you will utilize your skills in sales volume, sales territory management, sales quota achievement, key account management, direct sales, and international sales on a daily basis. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will need to be detail-oriented and organized to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
