Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical effort? Home Time: Be home every week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are designed to provide steady miles while allowing you to maintain quality time with family and personal commitments.

Equipment: Drive late-model trucks like International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for comfort. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, provided there is safe parking available.

No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations ensures minimal physical work, allowing you to focus on maximizing your driving efficiency.

Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly, depending on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay as per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Our routes span across Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa. All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days with age restrictions.
