Responsibilities Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing and flat repairs to keep vehicles operating safely. No prior experience required; receive paid training and coaching. Work in a best‑in‑class automotive service environment, earning weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of a guaranteed hourly rate, with up to $800 bonus during the introductory period.
