Your Mission if You Choose to Accept It - Responsibilities as a Customer Experience Coordinator...
• First Point of Contact - Yep, you'll be one of the first people customers interact with in the war against mosquitoes and outdoor pests that try to ruin backyard fun. You'll play a huge role in helping customers feel heard, cared for, and confident they chose the right company.

You'll help customers daily by:

• Scheduling services
• Answering billing and invoicing questions
• Managing customer accounts
• Handling phone calls, texts, and emails
• Customer acquisition
• Helping customers understand our services
• Customer retention
• Creating a positive and professional customer experience

• Doing It with Style -As a representative of the Mosquito Joe brand, you'll bring professionalism, positivity, and personality into every interaction. We believe customer service should feel human - not robotic.

• Building relationships with customers
• Helping solve problems calmly and confidently

• Communicating with the team - This role works closely with office staff, management, and field technicians to help everything run smoothly behind the scenes. No two days look exactly the same here - and honestly, we like it that way.

You'll assist with:

• Technician scheduling and routing
• Service updates
• Communication between customers and technicians
• Keeping schedules efficient and organized

• Social media & Company Culture - We want someone who can help bring our brand to life online - not just someone who posts generic ads.

You'll help create content for:

• Facebook
• Instagram
• Google Business Profile

This may include:

• Team highlights
• Fun office moments
• Technician spotlights
• Customer success stories
• Seasonal reminders and promotions
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Community involvement
• Trend-based or creative content ideas

• Brand Ambassador - Manage brand reputation through direct dealings with customers either by phone or email. Customer retention is a key element, so ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long term relationships is also a very important role you would be playing.

To Succeed in this Role as a Customer Experience Coordinator...

• Always bring your A-game. You'll be one of the first impressions customers have of our company, so professionalism, positivity, and reliability matter.

• Subject Matter Expert. You'll learn the proper guidelines for handling customer calls and identifying needs of customers and suggest services and/or products that are specific to the customer needs in order to generate revenue.

• Stay Organized. Scheduling, communication, and multitasking are all huge parts of this role. Attention to detail is important.

• Bring Creativity to the Table. We want someone who can contribute ideas, help build culture, and make our brand feel engaging and authentic online.

Job Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer skills in various software and web-based applications including having experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Prior sales and customer service experience.
• Prior social media experience preferred.
• Experience with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile is a plus.
• Comfortable taking photos/videos for content creation.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $18 to $20 per hour and depends on whether you have prior experience in this or other similar roles.
