Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our client’s team in Simi Valley, California. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, provide strategic legal counsel, and support the resolution of complex legal matters with a client-focused and results-driven approach. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in construction and engineering law, along with strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and legal proceedings Handle matters related to construction and engineering law Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, and agreements Negotiate on behalf of clients and assist with dispute resolution efforts Collaborate with clients and legal team members to develop effective legal strategies Maintain clear communication and ensure clients remain informed throughout the legal process Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in California Strong legal foundation, preferably with experience in construction and engineering law Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice and client-focused solutions Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong negotiation and dispute resolution abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Previous litigation experience is preferred but not required This is a full-time, on-site position based in Simi Valley, CA, offering the opportunity to join our client’s collaborative and professional legal team dedicated to delivering effective and efficient legal solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
